Philadelphia Police say the woman was sleeping in the park in the 1900 block of Logan Square just before noon.
She told police she awoke to find a man crouched over her with his hands in her underwear.
The two struggled, investigators say, and the victim was able to run away and contact police.
Natividad was arrested and the victim was taken to the hospital where she was treated and released.Philadelphia Police have announced the arrest of 23-year-old Nico Natividad in connection with an assault that occurred in Logan Circle.
According to police, a 31-year old woman fell asleep in the park just down the street from Four Seasons Hotel on Tuesday morning.
She awoke to find Natividad crouched over her, allegedly with his hands down her underwear. The victim ran away and contacted police, and Nativdad was arrested on Wednesday. He has been described by police as homeless.
Nativdad has been charged with attempted rape unlawful restraint, simple assault, indecent assault and recklessly endangering another person. His bail is set at $150,000.Bounty Hunter Boba Fett,says Pigeon Boy can raise that bail and once default on it,they are mine.
